This is an exciting time to join Remote and make an impact in the global employment space as a Staff Product Designer joining our Product Design team. Design at Remote is a 40+ person multi-disciplinary team of designers and creatives passionate about crafting experiences and touch-points that help Remote scale, attract, hire, manage and pay anyone, anywhere.
As Staff Product Designer, you’ll be an IC leader who drives craft excellence across several teams or a large area and will advocate and collaborate with product designers, engineers, product managers and stakeholders worldwide.
Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair compensation and equity across locations, with competitive benefits. We pay above in-location rates and aim to hire globally while supporting local wealth. Salary bands are geo-adjusted and depend on role, level and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 68,500 to USD 154,100. Actual pay depends on location, experience, skills and market conditions. The base salary range may change over time.
Remote fosters internal mobility as part of employee growth, and compensation changes for internal moves are reviewed case by case.
