A leading fertility healthcare provider in Makassar is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse In-Charge. The role involves guiding patients through fertility care, overseeing medication management, and leading clinic operations. As a Staff Nurse In-Charge /Perawat Penanggung Jawab in our Makassar satellite clinic, you’ll play a vital role in bringing world-class fertility care closer to patients — while working closely with our renowned specialists in Malaysia. This is more than just a nursing role — it’s about leading clinic operations, empowering patients with knowledge, and ensuring life‑changing journeys are handled with care and professionalism.
Patient Care & Education – Guide patients through fertility and early pregnancy care (up to 15 weeks), support doctors, and provide education on treatment cycles and injections.
Medication Management – Oversee procurement, storage, and dispensing of IVF drugs with accuracy and cold chain compliance.
Communication & Liaison – Manage patient communications, coordinate with Alpha IVF Malaysia, relay results, and elevate urgent matters.
Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate patient records, medication usage, and submit timely reports to HQ.
Clinic Operations Oversight – Ensure readiness, hygiene, safety, and adherence to SOPs while upholding Alpha IVF standards.
Quality & Training – Participate in HQ‑led training, implement new protocols, and update the local team.
Ad‑hoc Assignments – Support additional duties and projects when required.
Diploma/Degree in Nursing with valid registration/license in Indonesia.
3–5 years of clinical experience (women’s health, fertility, or O&G preferred).
Skilled in patient counseling and education (fertility treatment, injections, medication).
Strong in medication/supplies management, including cold chain compliance.
Proficient in Excel, EMR, and digital reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership ability to supervise clinic operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Willing to travel locally/internationally for training or meetings.
