Job summary

A design firm located in Banten, Tangerang is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the President Director. Key responsibilities include managing appointments, coordinating executive meetings, and ensuring effective communication with department heads. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in business management, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • High level of oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & assist the President Director's activities.
  • Organise and coordinate executive meetings.
  • Prepare reports as required by the Managing Director.

Responsibilities
  • Manage & Assist the President Director's activities
  • Handling a wide variety of tasks and situations
  • Organise and coordinate of Executive meeting
  • All arrangement including Personal Errands
  • Handle and manage outgoing or incoming letters of director
  • Receives and monitors all incoming calls to the Managing Director's office
  • Preparation of reports as required by the Managing Director
  • Schedules and handles appointment and meetings, to ensure everything is of quality
  • Creates Minutes of Meetings
  • Organizes President Director's calender and task
  • Communicates with every head of department to ensure that the request made by the President Director are met.
  • Ensures the filling is up to standard and easily accessible
Job Requirement
  • MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR BINTARO SEKTOR III OR WILLING TO MOVE CLOSER
  • Hold a minimal of Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in business management or related field
  • Having minimal of 2 years experiences in similar role
  • Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
  • Demonstrate highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
  • Analytical aptitude.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Ability to plan, initiate and complete work assignments with a minimum of direction.
  • Intermediate skill level to the use of financial, worksheet, word-processing software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend effective solutions.
  • High level of oral and written communication.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things
  • Flexible for overtime
  • Must be willing to work on weekends at times
  • Able to speak Mandarin & English will be an advantage
