Sr Officer-Transport Operations Jakarta Raya

Job Summary

• To manage the operational governance of Transport Operations Jakarta Raya, West Java and International with other internal functions, Managed Service Partners, Vendor, OEM, government and other third parties related to transport networks
• To analyse and provide transport operational (IP MPLS, DWDM, internet, Firewall, DNS, ITM, FO, Clock Synch etc.) improvements
• To align individual activities with divisional objectives
• To coordinate and collaborate the transport and network related functions
• Monitor and Evaluate from all possible source the transport operations benchmarking
• Prepare the roadmap to become the best transport network operationsOpen wider Partnership with internal & external to achieve the goal or organization
• Deliver constructive feedback to Technology and Commercial related with Customer and Service Experience related with Service Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• Experience:minimum 7 years experiences of telco technology company
• Minimum 5 years experiences of DWDM, IP MPLS and Monitoring Tools related with transport network
• Having Good product knowledge both mobile and B2B services
