As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll translate those goals into action — leading integrated marketing strategies that elevate category performance, grow brand equity, and deepen customer engagement. Your leadership blends data, creativity, and collaboration to ensure Blibli’s brand remains strong, relevant, and ahead in the market.

What We’ll Work on Together
  • Develop and execute end-to-end, data-driven marketing strategies for priority categories — from awareness to conversion and loyalty.
  • Lead 360° integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, PR, and offline channels.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for category business units, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful execution.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine messaging.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand management professionals to achieve business objectives and creative excellence.
  • Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and translate data into actionable insights for future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to e-commerce or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, content, and social media.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Skilled communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams or complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • Data‑driven mindset with comfort in analyzing metrics to measure success and guide strategy.
