About the Role

As the Sports Site Supervisor at PT Cita Kaya Bersama, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of our state‑of‑the‑art sports facilities in Cilandak, Jakarta. This full‑time role ensures that customers have an exceptional experience and that our facilities are well‑maintained and running smoothly at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of groundskeepers, maintenance staff, and other personnel to keep sports facilities clean, safe, and in optimal condition.
• Monitor and maintain functionality of all sports equipment, playing surfaces, and infrastructure.
• Schedule and oversee the setup and breakdown of events and activities held at the facilities.
• Liaise with customers, provide excellent customer service, and address any issues or concerns they may have.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status and usage of the facilities.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to improve overall management of the sports facilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sports facility management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and upkeep of sports equipment and infrastructure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using various software tools for scheduling, reporting, and facility management.
