Qualifications

• Experience managing distributor channels and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pioneer Adhesives products to consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Ensure products are specified in project specifications and tender documents.
• Conduct technical presentations and product training.
• Provide technical support for material approvals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to support project execution.
• Monitor construction projects from design to tender stage.
• Collect market intelligence to support business development.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of construction project workflows, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently for consultant, developer, and project meetings.
• Good command of English is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote Pioneer Adhesives products to consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Ensure Pioneer products are specified in project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents.
• Conduct technical presentations and product training for consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical support for material approvals, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to support project execution.
• Monitor construction projects from design stage through tender stage.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence to support business development initiatives.
