About the role

Exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media Specialist to join the dynamic marketing team at De Acqua Property, a leading real estate company based in the beautiful island of Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for De Acqua Property's portfolio of luxury properties.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
• Create visually appealing and on-brand content such as photos, videos, and graphics to showcase De Acqua Property's offerings
• Manage and grow De Acqua Property's social media presence, monitoring and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyse social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimise content strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure De Acqua Property remains at the forefront of digital marketing

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar digital marketing role, preferably within the real estate or luxury goods industry
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of De Acqua Property
