Qualifications
  • - 20-25 years old, experienced in managing social media accounts of fashion/ activewear brands
  • - Proficiency in CapCut or equivalent video editing software for creating engaging short-form videos
  • - Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to match brand identity
  • - A keen eye for design, trends, and aesthetics relevant to women's fashion
  • - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Meta insights, tiktok analytics, google analytics)
  • - Ability to drive (and valid driver's license) for occasional site visits/ location shoots
  • - Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • - Self motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute creative ideas to enhance brand engagement
  • - Work from office at Tangerang, Pasar Kemis
Key Responsibilities
  • - Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand value and marketing strategies
  • - Create compelling visual and written content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest
  • - Shoot, edit and produce short-form videos using Capcut/ similar tools
  • - Engage with online community by responding to their comments, messages on Instagram
  • - Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for brand engagement and growth
  • - Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continually refine social media strategies
  • - Provide reguler reports on campaign effectiveness and audience insight every week and month
