• Mapping of potential areas for store expansion needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site survey for all potential location proposals (by Agents, Landlords, Mall Operators, Licensees)
• Conduct preliminary due diligence and feasibility study
• Perform negotiation with landlords/owners/developers to meet acquisition targets
• Liaison with internal and external parties to ensure solutions to arising problems
• Work directly with Business Development Manager to provide site acquisition & real estate expertise in all aspects of the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, any major
• Required skills: Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
