Job summary

A recruitment firm in Indonesia is seeking a Services Engineer to provide CNC machine installation and repair services. Overview

Client Details: Japanese Machinery Manufacturing (Computer Numerical Control)

Responsibilities

• Provide CNC machine installation at customer’s site
• Perform problem solving, service, and repair of machines either directly at customer’s site and/or via telephone and email
• Control any service activities carried out and input them into the database
• Maintain existing customers for their problem solving and satisfaction
• Prepare parts to be replaced in accordance with problems occurred at the customer
• Communicate with our dealer about the schedule of machine repair and installation

Requirements

• Education background: min D3/S1 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Prefer candidate with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience in mechanical or electrical
• Able to troubleshoot problems with CNC Machine Lathe/Lathe/Machining Center (mechanical and electrical)
• Able to converse and write in English
• Having a personal vehicle (car) is preferred
• Independent, motivated, fast learner, good communication, determination and willingness to travel
