Job summary

A technology solutions company in Banten, Tangerang Selatan is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support to end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, configuring computers and printers, and creating documentation for the IT environment. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and be familiar with IT infrastructure and Microsoft products. Good communication skills in English are a plus.
