About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Staff Social Media Content to join our team at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia. As a full-time role based in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful social media content that helps drive our digital marketing strategy and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop content pillars and content calendars;
• Conduct audience insight analysis across multiple platforms;
• Manage content formats (carousels, reels, photos, and UGC);
• Optimize posting schedules, content hooks, and hashtags;
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports;
• Execute advertising campaigns through TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within the retail or ecommerce industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media content strategies that drive engagement, followers and conversions
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create captivating and on-brand content
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to optimise content performance
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
