Develop long term and harmonious relationships with new and existing customers. Build long-term partnerships with procurements or maintenance departments in customers' factories. Develop sales strategies for the assigned channel. Achieve annual objectives of volume, profit, and growth for accounts within the provided budget. Achieve personal and team sales targets, driving revenue growth from active customers. Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments (Product, Operations/Services) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities for company expansion. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
