Accountabilities

  • Analyze data, contract terms, and documentation to substantiate privacy allegations.
  • Apply regulatory and contractual requirements to the case investigation process.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in privacy violations.
  • Conduct interviews to gather evidence and additional insights.
  • Compile, report, and present privacy incidents to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain documentation integrity for privacy incidents.
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Directors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business units.
Requirements
  • 5 years of healthcare experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred graduate degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
