• 1-2 years experience as Recruitment Consultant preferably from Head Hunter Company.
• Experience in outsourcing is a plus.

• Collaborate with the team lead and members on projects.

• Assisting clients and candidates along every stage of interview, including scheduling, feedback, follow up, updates and reporting
• Doing B2B Business Development (sourcing & acquiring new clients)
• Responsible to achieve both sales target and activities target given by the team lead and management
• Understand both job seekers and client’s expectations, and manage successful & good process in any job seeking experience
• Work closely with team lead and other team members in handling a project
• Working to improve recruitment efficiency
• Maintaining to improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements:
