Key Responsibilities

Develop technical boiler solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet customer requirements.

Initiate and lead the development of new biomass boiler products aligned with market trends and industry needs.

Work closely with the Malaysia Head Office on product development, testing, and ongoing technical improvements.

Prepare technical reports, support the sales team, and ensure all product specifications comply with relevant standards.

Requirements

Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.

Proven 5–7 years experience in boiler design, thermal systems, or pressure vessels.

Understanding of ASME standards and engineering simulation tools.

Preferably holds relevant certifications (e.g., Kemenaker/BNSP).

Strong analytical thinking and ability to lead technical discussions.
