Job Summary

QA Testing Senior Officer bertanggung jawab memastikan kualitas, keamanan, dan stabilitas platform Gudang Kripto melalui pengujian manual dan otomatis. Peran ini berfokus pada deteksi bug, validasi fitur baru, serta memastikan sistem trading, wallet, dan transaksi berjalan sesuai standar performa dan user experience.

Menyusun dan menjalankan test plan, test case, dan test scenario untuk web & mobile apps.

Melakukan manual testing dan mendukung automation testing pada fitur utama seperti trading, deposit/withdraw, KYC, dan dashboard.

Mengidentifikasi, mencatat, dan melaporkan bug secara terstruktur melalui tools seperti Jira atau sejenis.

Melakukan regression testing setiap kali ada update, patch, atau deployment untuk memastikan kestabilan sistem.

Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada tim Developer & Product berdasarkan temuan pengujian.

Melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Test) bersama stakeholder sebelum fitur dirilis.

Menjaga dokumentasi testing secara akurat dan memastikan standar QA diterapkan secara konsisten.

Pengalaman 3–5 tahun sebagai QA/Tester di industri IT; fintech/kripto menjadi nilai tambah.

Familiar dengan tools seperti Jira, Postman, Selenium, TestRail/Appium.

Mampu membaca log, melakukan API testing, dan memahami query dasar database.

Memiliki analisa yang kuat, teliti, serta mampu bekerja di lingkungan cepat & dinamis.

Pengetahuan mengenai standar keamanan aplikasi dan transaksi merupakan nilai plus.

Kemampuan komunikasi dan pelaporan yang baik.
