Job description

• Develop test plans and test cases based on functional specs, design docs, and external standards.
• Plan, design, and implement test strategies for the product.
• Execute, maintain, and analyze test cases for assigned features.
• Participate in risk analysis and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Track defects, maintain test documentation, and ensure issues are clearly reported.
• Review user manuals and product support documents for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues independently or with the engineering team and provide clear assessments of test results.
• Support and contribute to the overall QA approach and best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers and managers to resolve software issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Information Technology Degree in a recognized university, Major Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of test design, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
• Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Familiar with defect tracking tools and test management tools.
• Able to analyze requirements, design documents, and product specifications.
• Comfortable working with engineers to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Good communication skills for both written and verbal reporting.
• Understanding of Human Resources related processes is advantageous
• HRIS (Human Resource Information System) testing experience is preferred
• Fluent English language skills and work experience in a multi-national environment are advantageous
