Job Summary

As a Senior PR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening the company’s relationships with talents and influencers within the beauty industry. You will be responsible for identifying the right talents, handling end-to-end collaboration processes, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the partnership. This role requires someone who is beauty-savvy, relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating fast-paced brand activations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships between the company and talents (Influencers/celebrity)
• Identify and shortlist talents that match brand needs, while keeping up with trending and upcoming talents.
• Oversee end-to-end collaboration processes: approaching, negotiation, briefing, posting, and reporting.
• Coordinate talent attendance and assist in scheduling meetings.
• Support PR package and gifting program execution.
• Assist in negotiation and ensure all partnership agreements are executed according to the contract.
• Conduct research on beauty industry trends and upcoming market movements.
• Identify potential risks in talent partnerships and provide early warnings or red flags.
• Provide recommendations for talent fitting based on brand requirements.
• Handle communication issues and manage conflict resolution when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the PR team and cross-functional departments involved in talent collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
