Job description

Overview

Coordinate and lead the mass production and introduction of new projects in the base production line, and continuously improve the yield, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for abnormal analysis and problem solving of mass production line, including coating, cold pressing, winding, assembly, testing and other processes.
• Be responsible for the production management, joint adjustment, release and order delivery of new projects and new cables.
• Be responsible for the manufacturability verification of new processes, new materials, new cables and new equipment in mass production stage.
• Responsible for preparing process documents related to mass production and maintaining manufacturing system.
• Responsible for mass production line and mass production project changes, breakpoints and other tasks.
• Responsible for continuous improvement projects and horizontal development of mass production lines.
• Participate in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, materials and other related science and engineering; key universities are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software.
• Familiar with 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D and other common engineering methods.
• 8 years working experience in large-scale electronic manufacturing industry or lithium battery industry; project management experience is preferred.
• More than 8 years (at same position in the manufacturing).
• English or Mandarin language ability (Mandarin as an added advantage).
