This position is responsible interpreting data from sensors and IoT devices, providing maintenance recommendations, optimizing system settings, working with engineers, and tracking key performance indicators for optimal maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpreting data from sensors and IoT devices connected to the predictive maintenance system.
- Based on the analyzed data, provide recommendations for scheduled maintenance, repairs, or replacement of parts.
- Optimize system settings to maximize data accuracy and relevance.
- Work closely with engineers and maintenance supervisors to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Successful in providing strategic direction in managing all forms of regulations that must be obeyed by SHE employees.
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance supervisors to ensure that maintenance activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and mean time between failures (MTBF).
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 and SMKP standards and requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience 4 years in risk management, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics, KPI development, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams.
