Qualifications

• Network Competency Certification (CCNP or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with network security solutions is necessary.
• Experience with Korean vendor equipment is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Install network equipment (wired and wireless) and security solutions.
• Install and configure network devices according to customer requirements.
• Work with Customers to resolve various issues from Technical perspective.
• Ability to communicate with customer to guide network troubleshooting is a must.
• Maintain network hardware and software operating at the customer's site.
• Update network Topology and prepare various maintenance reports.
• Provide Front-line support when issues arise.
• Perform network hardware installation (router, switch, firewall).
• Perform installation and configuration of network devices according to information system requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve various issues from a technical perspective.
• Escalate technical issues to the technical team leader as appropriate.
• Guide and communicate with clients to resolve network issues.
• Perform maintenance of network hardware and software running in internal offices and on clients.
• Updating network topology and creating maintenance reports.
• Act as the first line (first level) when a problem occurs.

Requirements

• Network Competency Certification (CCNP or equivalent)
• Security certification (CISSP or equivalent)
• Holding CCIE or equivalent will be an advantage
• Have a network competency certification (CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent)
• Experience installing and operating network equipment or security solutions from Korean Vendors
• Ability to provide Network and security consulting and proposals.
• Able to install network hardware
