You'll be joining a high-impact team that is building a new, sustainable revenue pillar for Grab.

Get to Know the Role

As the Senior Manager, Category & Brand Partnerships, you will be the go-to subject matter expert for GrabMart's brand partnership strategy. Your core mission is to develop scalable commercial solutions and an integrated partnership model that empowers our frontline sales and account teams. While you will engage with brands to gather insights and steer strategy, this role is a strategic enabler that bridges commercial vision, product innovation, and executional excellence. You will report to the Head of Retail and play a foundational role in shaping business capability for Grab.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop the Commercial Strategy: Design and execute the regional strategy for brand partnerships, establishing yourself as the internal subject matter expert on FMCG brand activation.
  • Enable FMCG Partnerships: Act as the strategic lead for our FMCG partners, working closely with internal sales and account management teams to drive commercial discussions and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Define Product Requirements: Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to define the business requirements for our marketing toolkit, including self-serve platforms, reporting dashboards, and advanced advertising solutions.
  • Enable Campaign Success: Oversee the internal strategy for the planning, execution, and performance tracking of brand-funded campaigns, ensuring we deliver value and meet partner objectives.
  • Drive Commercial Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance and overall impact of our brand partnership initiatives to leadership.
  • Provide Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of trends in retail media, digital advertising, and FMCG marketing, acting as the go-to expert for the organization.
