A leading holding company in Indonesia seeks a Senior Manager Legal for their Palm Oil Plantation division. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least a 3.00 GPA, and 15 years of experience in corporate legal matters, particularly in the palm oil industry. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, developing policies, and handling disputes. This role requires high integrity and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to work in Central Jakarta and visit palm oil sites is essential.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar field.
Experience in the Palm Oil Plantation industry.
Required competencies: Corporate Legal, Licensing & Permits, Litigation, etc.
Knowledge of environmental regulations, have experience in ISPO is a plus.
Experience in handling land disputes with communities, government, or third parties.
Proven experience in liaising with government authorities.
Capable of developing internal policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ability to handle issues independently as well as work effectively as part of a team.
High standards of integrity and strong work commitment.
Willing to work at Central Jakarta and willing to visit to Palm Oil Site.
