Job description
Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventive maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly) according to schedule.
  • Ensure all machinery and facilities meet safe and efficient operational standards.
  • Handle complex machine failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and analyze the root cause of machine failures (RCA).
  • Perform emergency repairs quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Provide engineering improvement recommendations to prevent recurrence of problems.
  • Provide training on machine maintenance, safety, and work procedures.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports on machine condition, maintenance activities, and spare part requirements.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with applicable OHS standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Understanding of mechanical systems, electric motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic controls.
  • Able to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
  • Disciplined, honest, and responsible.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work shifts and be on-call when needed.
