Remote is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation Insurance (PEO) to develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and state agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize the client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing workers compensation programs, collaborating with product teams to streamline processes, and maintaining competitive premium rates while upholding service quality.

The actual base pay depends on location, transferable or job-related skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may change. We foster internal mobility with a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $32,950 - $74,100 USD.
