We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Generative AI development to join our product engineering team.

You will help with the design and development of AI-powered applications and APIs, integrating them into Halosis’s core platform and helping shape the next generation of conversational and automation technologies.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, scalable architecture, and real‑world impact.

Design and develop full stack applications integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, and Generative AI frameworks

Build scalable APIs and backend services using PHP Laravel, Node.js, or Python (FastAPI/Flask)

Implement intelligent front‑end interfaces using React, Next.js, or Vue.js

Collaborate with data and product teams to design, train, and deploy AI models for automation, chat, and content generation

Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack

Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and uphold engineering best practices

Explore and adopt new Gen AI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel, Node.js, or Python

Proven experience in AI or Generative AI development (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks)

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and architectural skills

Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Experience developing AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or automation systems

Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)

Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine‑tuning LLMs

Contributions to open‑source AI projects
