Senior Finance Accounting and Tax Officer

We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company operating across multiple channels: online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), B2B distribution, and marketing & brand promotion. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Staff to manage our financial operations as we continue to expand in Indonesia’s beauty industry.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Staff who will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial operations. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle tax compliance, payment processing, bank account management, and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or cosmetics/beauty industry, and be familiar with the unique financial challenges of businesses operating across e-commerce, B2B distribution, and marketing activities.

Role Description
  1. Tax Compliance – Prepare and file monthly tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPN); manage e-Faktur system and ensure timely tax submissions; coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants.
  2. Payment & Cash Management – Process supplier payments, salaries, BPJS, and operational expenses; manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow; ensure timely payment execution with proper documentation.
  3. Bank Account Management – Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations; monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies; manage online banking for payments and transfers.
  4. Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements; maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records; reconcile sales data from e-commerce platforms and B2B channels; support month-end closing and annual audits.
  5. E-commerce & B2B Operations – Track platform fees, commissions, and settlements; manage B2B invoicing and accounts receivable; coordinate with operations team on inventory valuation.
Qualifications
  1. Education & Experience – Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; 2-4 years of finance/accounting experience; experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry preferred; e-commerce business experience is a strong plus.
  2. Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur); familiar with Accurate and/or any other WMS system; proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, MYOB, etc.); advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiar with online banking and e-commerce platforms.
  3. Personal Attributes – High attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational and time management skills; proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information; good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
