A consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to gather client requirements and lead ERP implementations. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with various ERP systems and strong problem-solving skills. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing operations and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze client requirements; design fit-for-purpose ERP solutions.
Configure and customize ERP modules; lead end-to-end implementations.
Conduct user training, provide post-go-live support, and create clear documentation (processes, workflows, configurations).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Identify risks, manage timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices.
Stay current on ERP trends, features, and implementation best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years as an ERP Functional Consultant in consulting or enterprise environments.
Proven hands-on experience with one or more of the following ERPs: International (NetSuite, SAP Business One, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central & Finance and Operations), Acumatica) or Local-Indonesia (Pro-Int, MAS, or comparable local ERP systems)
Strong business process understanding (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations).
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Project delivery experience (from discovery to go-live), able to work independently and in teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Accounting, or related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience in data migration, integration (APIs, middleware), and reporting/BI.
Consulting background serving multi-industry clients (distribution, manufacturing, services).
