Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy

3 years of experience as Engineering in EPC company or Solar Power Industry

Familiar with national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI)

Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and Electrical Power Systems

Willingness to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town)

Capable of performing job volume calculations, material assessments, and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the technical planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility-scale solar power projects
• Review and validate system designs, including PV system layout, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Supervise and coordinate site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and topographical assessments for project development
• Provide technical support during procurement, installation, testing, integration, and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Mentor and guide field engineers, junior staff, and subcontractors, promoting knowledge-sharing and engineering excellence
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during design, construction, and operational phases
