POSITION DESCRIPTION

Arctic Bear Baths is currently offering an opportunity for the position of Senior Chiller Engineer. We are looking for an experienced engineer with the ability to develop, design, and manufacture chiller systems from scratch (end-to-end), focusing on product reliability and long-term performance in the field. This position does not focus on the repair or reconditioning of old units, but rather on R&D and manufacturing of new chillers to be used directly by clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop chiller systems from scratch based on sketches, photos, and company technical requirements.
• Determine the system design, components, and configuration that are reliable and stable.
• Ensure the chiller functions optimally after installation at the client's location.
• Eliminate recurring technical issues through design and system improvements.
• Be responsible for the quality and reliability of the chiller products manufactured.

QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT

• Senior-level engineer with experience in chillers, refrigeration, or industrial cooling systems.
• Possess a thorough understanding of cooling systems (design, components, and integration).
• Able to work independently and be fully accountable for work results.
• Oriented towards long-term solutions, not temporary fixes.
• Experience and work results are prioritized over formal degrees or certifications.
