This role is ideal for a chef who is hands‑on, organized, and leadership‑driven, with proven experience in Western cuisine and high‑volume service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations during assigned shifts
  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and discipline
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
  • Coordinate with management on menu execution and operational improvements
  • Handle prep planning, stock rotation, and supplier usage effectively
  • Ensure smooth service during peak hours in a high‑energy environment
REQUIREMENTS
