• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or leading roles in top startups/MNCs/retail.
• Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across levels.
• Solid in data, financial modeling, strategy, and execution.
• Degree from a top‑tier university (locally or internationally).
• Passion for the luxury industry is a big plus.
