Our client is a German multinational pump manufacturer for the past 150 years, they are currently looking for a Senior Application Engineer with a background from the Pump solutions and Building services segment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients on pump systems and building services applications.
• Review project specifications and design suitable pump solutions for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare technical proposals, sizing calculations, and system layouts.
• Work closely with sales teams to support pre sales and post sales activities.
• Conduct site visits, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver training to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
• Track project timelines and ensure technical compliance with standards.
• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant codes, local regulations, and market trends.

Job Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience in building services, pump systems, or HVAC MEP.
• Strong technical knowledge of pump sizing, hydraulics, and building mechanical systems.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting consultants, contractors, and distributors.
• Ability to interpret drawings and prepare system designs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in both client facing and internal coordination.
• Willingness to travel for site work.
