• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Assist in financial statement closing process every month.
• Maintain timely bookkeeping record in accounting system.
• Assist in maintaining timely detail reconciliations of all accounts.

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or audit (preferably ex big ten accounting firm)
• 2 years' experience as Financial Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and technical skills related to accounting
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Role:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Assist in financial statement closing process every month (prepare and post journal entries related to depreciation, amortization, revaluation, accruals
• Maintain timely bookkeeping record in accounting system
• Assist in maintain timely detail reconciliations of all accounts and other supporting tasks needed
