Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Specialist to focus on selling to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in IT solutions sales, be skilled in account management, and possess excellent communication skills in English. This role involves engaging in the full sales cycle from lead generation to project execution, ensuring strong customer relationships are developed and maintained.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales focused on IT solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with various vertical markets preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
  • Develop and manage key accounts while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Create new customer opportunities through various outreach methods.

Focus selling IT Solution to Enterprise customer: creating project software solution with end user.

Responsible for selling by search new account, develop and managing key accounts and end user, maintaining a long term relationship with customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with internal or external stakeholder, technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.

Main Duties :

  • Find, create, searching and looking own new customer who want buy IT Solution to Enterprise customer (end user) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc.
  • Create project & directly search End User (Enterprise Company) is a must.

Job Requirement :

  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Have an experience in 3 years as a Sales who selling IT Solution to Enterprise customer is a must.
  • Familiar with solutions for various vertical market (BUMN, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Education, Oil n Gas, Energy, Utilities and Property, etc…) is preferred
  • Able to communicate & presentation in English both oral and written is a MUST (Active).
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area.
