Overview

Experienced as Assistant to director / Secretary to Director / data analyst for at least 2 years

Excellent skills in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)

Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking jobs

Already familiar with Secretarial / Personal Assistant Duties e.g : Minutes of Meeting (MoM), correspondence, filing document, e-mails, creating appointment/ meetings with external parties

Excellent in English Communications (Spoken & Written)

Positive attitude in every situation and services oriented

High level of interpersonal skills to interact with co workers and executives

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenges, and can adapt to various situations while prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously

Well-organized, attention to detail and have great time management skills

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Prepare a final analysis report for Director to understand the data analysis steps, enabling management to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of the data
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Provide personal administrative support to the Director through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling any information from related Departments
  • Assisting Director in performing daily task both routines and special task
  • Performing as Personal Assistant tasks, distributing information, mails, and e-mails
  • Updating & controlling daily task, filling activities and other administrative communications for the Director
  • Prepare and setup meeting material and report in Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
  • Support and confirm the Director's schedule, appointment, meeting, and activities with related party
  • Managing all aspects of travel and event arrangements, including conferences, industry events, meetings, corporate hospitality, social and personal functions
