About the job Scrum Master

Budget: Midd-14Mio & Sr-18Mio

Scope of Work

• Manage all development processes within the dealership product team
  • Facilitating agile & SAFe events
  • Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Actively control the quality of products managed by the product team
• Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity
  • Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues)
  • Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges
• Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization

Requirements

• Placement at the Pulomas office
• Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• More than 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role
• Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
