In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Supporting the sales team with market research, data analysis, and reporting
  • Coordinating and participating in sales events and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
Qualifications
