Customer Engagement: Actively engage with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Contract Management: Assist in modifying existing contracts based on customer feedback and operational needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Documentation Management: Prepare lease agreements, additional agreements, and all necessary documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to new and existing clients regarding leasing operations, helping them navigate options and make informed decisions.

System Improvement Suggestions: Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to the company’s information systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and execute relevant reports as requested by the sales team, providing insights that support decision‑making and strategy.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles.

Quality Assurance: Follow established procedures to ensure the qualitative performance of all functional responsibilities, maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with the company's financial and accounting rules and procedures in all activities, safeguarding the integrity of operations.
