Sales Representative (Based In Indonesia)
Location: Indonesia (remote with travel)

Role Purpose
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing the Indonesia market, building strong partnerships, guiding students and parents through the booking process, and achieving annual sales targets for the company’s student accommodation programs.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping students find safe and comfortable accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust-based relationships with education agents, universities, high schools, and community organizations.
- Represent the company professionally while creating positive brand awareness.
- Consult and advise interested parties (students, parents, agencies) on available programs, pricing, and accommodation options.
- Understand individual needs and recommend suitable accommodation solutions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
- Travel across Indonesia to promote programs and accommodations.
- Plan and participate in roadshows, school visits, exhibitions, webinars and online info sessions.
- Prepare presentation materials and deliver engaging program briefings.
- Promote and market programs within assigned territories.
- Identify new prospective markets, agents, and referral partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with HQ.
- Seek, screen, and qualify potential participants according to company criteria.
- Ensure accurate collection of information and documents from applicants.
- Support applicants through each stage of the booking and admission process.
- Assist the company and participants with visa applications or supporting documentation when required.
- Coordinate closely with HQ to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration and documentation requirements.
- Provide clear guidance on accommodation rules, investment, policies, and move-in procedures.
- Follow up with students and parents before arrival to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Handle feedback or complaints professionally and escalation when necessary.
- Achieve yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Track leads, conversion rates, bookings, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Education, Tourism or related field).
- Experience in student recruitment, education services, travel, real estate, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking at events.
- Independent, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia.
