This role is at the core of our sales process, responsible for managing customer inquiries and guiding them through the sales journey from initial contact to final decision. It requires a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, using clear and persuasive communication to convert inquiries into customers.
  • Mastering Storytelling: Use storytelling techniques to make product benefits more relevant and compelling, effectively linking them to the customer's needs and desires.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate confidence and warmth in all communication, utilizing key communication techniques to keep prospects engaged and advancing toward closing the deal.
  • Pipeline Management: Understand and manage the sales pipeline, monitoring each stage and driving each prospect toward a successful transaction to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
