Sales & Partnership Manager (Alomedika) – Medical Doctor

Currently we are looking for Sales & Partnership Manager for Alomedika who has background in medicine (medical doctor).

This position will be hired for a 3‑month contract (possibility to contract extension / permanent employee).

Alodokter has implemented a full WFO (work from office) system, with our office located in Noble House: 21st floor, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
• Medical Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties’ expectations.
• Closing Deals: Successfully close sales deals by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent post‑sales support and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Experiences

• Medical Doctor who is also passionate about sales-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in the medical & pharmaceutical industry (digital & sales).
• Knowledge of hospital industry and doctor associations.
• Excellent communication skills internally, to clients, and third parties.
• Tech proficiency, comfortable using technology, sales automation tools, MS Office, and relevant software.
