We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing to join our media team. This role is responsible for generating business revenue, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the company’s media products and services across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, print, broadcast, and event platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, production, creative) to develop customized advertising solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (media industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of advertising products such as digital ads, social media marketing, content marketing, and media buying.
- Ability to create basic presentations and sales decks (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage.
