Overview

Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible in several tasks below:

Responsibilities

• Increasing company brand awareness by developing marketing strategies including researching, planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating.
• Develop sales strategies both online and offline in order to increase revenue & market share and make sure all sales programs well executed.
• Maintaining good relationship with both network and the principal.
• Conducting development program for team members through various activities including Coaching & Counselling in order to keep them high-motivated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Have 5 years working experiences as Sales & Marketing Supervisor or 3 years as Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Preferably have experience working in automotive industry or in consumer goods industry.
• Proven in making sales & marketing strategies.
• Have strong business acumen in retail industry.
• Have strong leadership and well-discipline in executing program.
• Have wide range networking.
• Excellent in communication and negotiation.
• Willing to be located in Bandung and traveling through working area.
