About the role
As a Sales Manager at PT STREAMER ELECTRIC INDONESIA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its ambitious targets. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, with frequent travel in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share through a network of distributors.
  • Manage and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, training and support to help them reach and exceed their targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop data-driven plans to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiating deals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent the company at product exhibitions, seminars, and sales events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a Sales management role, within medium and high voltage industry.
  • Strong technical sales skills with a proven ability to connect with clients and promote products/services effectively through distribution Network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering results.
  • Proficient in using sales software and tools to optimize performance and productivity.
