Job summary

A leading industrial supply company in Jakarta Utara seeks a motivated sales professional to promote and sell hydraulic and bolting products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting customer visits, and preparing effective presentations. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Experience in relevant industries and multilingual ability are preferred. This role entails travel across Indonesia as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in selling hydraulic equipment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports and using Microsoft Office.
  • Multilingual ability in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Hydraulic and Bolting products in accordance with company targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to offer products, maintain relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned areas.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
  • May be required to manage and support the sales team as needed.
  • Willing to travel domestically across Indonesia for work assignments.
  • Willing to work on public holidays when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
  • Experience in selling Hydraulic equipment, Pipes, Pumps, Valves, or to industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Palm Oil, or Offshore is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in sales, highly motivated, and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Responsible and capable of managing or supervising a sales team if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing sales reports.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C); owning a personal vehicle (car) is preferred.
  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
  • Multilingual ability (Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin) is a plus.
