Relationship Building: Forging and nurturing strong connections with schools, universities, training centers, and individual educators.

Market Analysis: Identifying new market opportunities and staying ahead of trends in the educational sector.

Market Development (Identify new opportunities and potential clients in the education sector. Stay informed about curriculum changes, school purchasing cycles, and competitor activities to support strategic market expansion).

Product Expertise: Becoming a go-to expert on all products and services offered by CNL Books, effectively communicating their value and benefits to potential clients.

Performance Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing and sales management, with a strong emphasis on selling learning resources or educational products.

Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

A deep understanding of the educational landscape and market trends.

A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong customer focus.
