Job summary

A multinational instrumentation and engineering company located in Bekasi, Indonesia, is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee operations and manage team performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience in a technical sales environment, preferably within manufacturing or instrumentation fields. Excellent fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration with admin teams, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive databases within Manufacturing, Industrial Chemical, FnB, Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in handling any Boiler or Instrumentation is highly preferred.
  • Solid working experience in a Technical sales Environment with supervision experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and management of the team.
  • Formulate and direct the division's growth strategy.
  • Manage the division's P&L for profitable performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure product quality control through inspections.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations and management of the team.
  • Take ownership for the formulation and direction of the division's growth strategy and implementation of projects and plans.
  • Effective management of the division's P&L ensuring a profitable performance for the division, driven by an engaged team striving to meet the department’s key performance targets, sales targets and agreed key performance indicators.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure product quality control through regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays.
  • Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field would be highly preferred.
  • Highly fluency in English.
  • Having extensive databases within Manufacturing, Industrial Chemical, FnB, Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Previous experiences handling any Boiler or Instrumentation is highly preferred.
  • Solid working experience in a Technical sales Environment with extensive supervision experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent English (spoken & written).
